Heavenly Father, we approach Thy holy throne with concern for the children in our families, communities, and across the world. We recognise that children are a precious gift from Thee, and we seek Thy divine protection and guidance on their behalf.
Watch over and safeguard these innocent souls, dear Lord, from harm and danger. Protect them physically, emotionally, and spiritually as they deal with the many issues of life.
Bless the parents, guardians, and caregivers responsible for the well-being and upbringing of these children. Grant them the wisdom, patience, and love needed to nurture and guide the young ones in their care.
Help children to feel safe, loved, and valued in their homes and communities. May they find joy and comfort in the knowledge of Thy love and presence in their lives.
Guide children as they grow and develop, both in their understanding of the world and in their relationship with Thee. May they come to know and love Thee, and always have a strong testimony.
We ask for protection against the negative influences that may threaten the innocence and well-being of children. Strengthen them to make choices that reflect their faith and their divine potential.
Heavenly Father, we pray for children who may be facing difficult circumstances, including poverty, abuse, neglect or trafficking. Please provide them with relief and support, and help them to find the hope, healing and safety they need.
