Thus saith the Lord unto my people, hear and obey my word, for I call upon you to meditate day and night upon my word and my Commandments: Behold, I have given unto you the Scriptures, even the words of life, that you may know my will and walk in my ways. Yea, my Commandments are a lamp unto your feet, and my word is a light unto your path. Therefore, I admonish you to keep them ever before you, that you may not stray from the path of righteousness.
Meditate upon my word in the morning, and let it be the first thought upon your heart. Seek me in prayer, and open the Scriptures with a desire to hear my voice. For I will speak unto you through my holy word, and my Spirit shall guide you into all truth. Yea, as you meditate upon my word, I shall open your understanding, and you shall see the things of the Spirit with greater clarity.
And behold, I say unto you, let my word dwell in your heart throughout the day. Let it be a constant companion, a guide in every decision and action. Whether you are in your labours, in your home, or in your travels, let my Commandments be a constant meditation in your heart. For as you keep my word before you, I shall keep you in my ways.
In the evening, return to my word once more, and reflect upon my Commandments in the quiet of your heart. Let your mind be filled with my truths, and let your soul find peace in the knowledge that you are walking according to my will. Yea, meditate upon my word as you lie down, and as you rise up, and my presence shall abide with you always.
For I say unto you, there is great power in my word. It shall strengthen you in times of trial, give you wisdom in times of uncertainty, and fill you with peace in times of trouble. Yea, my word shall be a shield unto you against the darts of the adversary, and a sword in your hand to fight against the temptations of the world.
Therefore, let not a day pass wherein you do not meditate upon my word. Let it sink deep into your heart, that it may transform you from within. For as you meditate upon my word and my Commandments, you shall be conformed to my image, and your life shall be a reflection of my holiness.
Yea, my beloved children, I call you to live by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the Lord. Let your thoughts be upon me continually, and let my Commandments govern every aspect of your life. In so doing, you shall grow in grace and in knowledge, and I shall be with you in all things.
Meditate upon my word, day and night, and it shall be your strength, your wisdom, and your guide. Thus saith the Lord. Amen.
