Thus saith the Lord, hearken and give ear to the words which I speak unto you this day.
Behold, there cometh a plague upon the earth, a disease that shall spread among nations, and many shall be afflicted. Yea, the hearts of men shall tremble, and great fear shall fall upon the land. For the powers of men, even those in high places, shall seek to manipulate this affliction for their own gain, and they shall deceive many. They shall seek to control, to oppress, and to bring forth confusion.
But fear not, my children, for I am the Lord thy God, and I am behind thee. Though the powers of the earth conspire, though they weave webs of deceit, I, the Lord, will be a shield unto thee. Yea, I will strengthen thee, and I shall not suffer the righteous to be forsaken. They that trust in me shall not be moved, for my hand shall cover them in the day of trouble.
Behold, I say unto you, be not afraid of the pestilence that walketh in darkness, nor of the terror by night, for I, the Lord, am thy refuge. I am the God of Israel, and I shall deliver thee. Yea, though a thousand fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand, it shall not come nigh unto thee, for my angels shall watch over thee.
Seek me in prayer, and I shall hear thee. Walk in my Commandments, and I shall protect thee. Yea, let not your hearts be troubled by the words of men, for I am greater than the counsels of the wicked. Trust in me, and I will bring thee through the storm, and thou shalt see my hand upon the nations.
I will use even the designs of the wicked to fulfil my purposes, and the eyes of many shall be opened. They shall know that I am the Lord, and that my power cannot be stayed. Therefore, stand firm in the faith, my people, for I am with thee, even unto the end.
