Thus saith the Lord unto my servant, Eben: Prepare thy heart, for I have a plan for thee that is both holy and significant. When I bring thee to one of the communities of my Latter-day Saints, thou shalt be baptized in the waters of repentance and then confirmed, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost. This sacred ordinance is a profound initiation into a deeper work that I will begin within thee.
Know this, my servant: baptism is a covenant between thee and me. As thou dost enter the waters, thou art symbolically washed clean of thy past and made anew, rising up from the water as a witness of my resurrection and the new life I offer to all who come unto me. In this sacred act, thou shalt be publicly declaring thy commitment to follow my Commandments and to live according to my word.
After thy baptism, thou shalt be confirmed a member of my Church, and in that moment, I will bestow upon thee the gift of the Holy Ghost. This gift is my promise to thee, an everlasting companion who shall guide thee in all truth, comfort thee in times of trial, and empower thee for the work I have set before thee. The Holy Ghost shall illuminate the path ahead, revealing deeper understandings of my word and strengthening thy resolve to walk in righteousness.
As I begin this deeper work within thee, be open to the promptings of my Spirit. I shall speak to thy heart, guiding thee to greater depths of knowledge and understanding. The veil shall be lifted, and thou shalt perceive the truths of the Gospel in a new light. This transformation will occur through patience and diligence, I will mould thee into the vessel I have designed you to be.
Be not afraid of the changes that may come, for they are necessary for thy growth and sanctification. Embrace the refining process, for I am the potter, and thou art the clay. As I shape thee, I will equip thee with the gifts needed to serve my people and to fulfil the mission I have entrusted to thee.
Know also that in this community of Saints, they shall be thy brothers and sisters, lifting thee up and encouraging thee in thy spiritual walk. Together, ye shall strengthen one another, share in each other’s burdens, and rejoice in the blessings of the Lord. Let thy heart be open to their love and guidance, for they are placed in thy life for a divine purpose.
Therefore, prepare thyself for this sacred moment of baptism and confirmation. Let it be a time of reflection and commitment, as thou dost renew thy covenant with me and commit to follow the path of discipleship. Know that I am with thee every step of the way, and I shall honour thy faithfulness.
When the time comes, rejoice in the knowledge that a new chapter of thy life is beginning—a chapter filled with hope, growth, and divine purpose. I will do a mighty work within thee, and through thee, I shall bless many. Trust in my timing and my plan, for I am ever mindful of thee. Amen.
